Have had a warty type bump on thumb for a year, saw someone recommended salvo on here so thought I'd give it a try. Prior to use it was white and crusty, been using daily for past few days and it seems to have flattened and now has several dark spots, does anyone know if this is normal progression and what can I expect next? TIA.
