What should I do about this bump? (Pic attached)

A few weeks ago I noticed this bump between my top lip and nose. I do feel like it’s grown in size since I first seen it but not massively.

I’m not sure whether to get it checked or not as I’d be really embarrassed if it was some kind of spot/nothing serious. I also really don’t like going to the doctors, I hate the idea of wasting their time if there is nothing wrong with me.

I’m 32 for reference.

Should I just keep an eye on it?

It might be worth going to a pharmacist first if you're unsure about seeing a GP. They will likely be able to tell you whether it is something that needs checked by your GP and that may help you feel reassured you're doing the right thing.

Get it checked out to put your mind at rest.
