Why does he keep getting boils??

This is my son, he's 22 and a student. Since last year he has had 2 lots of really nasty boils in his armpit/ torso. He had antibiotics prescribed for the second round but a couple of weeks after stopping them , they are coming back again, he has 5 more this morning. His hygiene is good, showers daily and using clean towels, uses a dettol soap and sanex shower gel. I'm wondering if this is affecting his microbiome maybe? He does have mild psoriasis. His diet is ok and he takes a daily multivitamin. Any suggestions as to why this might keep coming back?
