What could this be?

I've not been to the GP as I didn't want to waste an appointment. Does anyone know what this is likely to be and what I can do to get rid of it? I thought a water but it's really smooth and only slightly raised. Had probably about a year or so.

I had one like that. GP removed it but I can't remember what it was.

Later wished I hadn't bothered as the scar is worse than the bump.

Probably a cyst.
Just go to the doctor you won't be wasting their time.
You could always do an online consult and upload photos if you didn't want to go in person.
