Ive looked into this stuff a bit and have found a theory that suggests that if you have digestive problems (which I do) that you limit food to the ones you enjoy only. This kind of makes sense and Im wondering if I may have intolerance to certain food as I get frequent headaches and suffer from Digestive problems and bloating nearly everyday. My DS has autism and is on a gluten and Casein free diet which has helped him. My sister has eczema which is made worse by cows milk and my Dad is wheat intolerant and has asthma. I think its possible that I may have developed some sort of food intolerance and basically I've stopped enjoying a lot of foods for example I used to love most cereals now I cant find one that I like. I used to eat all sorts of dishes now I find it hard to find one that I want to eat. I don't know if its psychological because of the bloating or even still from pregnancy when everything I ate made my severely nauseous for 5 months.
Anybody had similar or offer me any advice?
