My child knocked her tooth when she was young and it’s always looked a bit wonky but the dentist thinks it might be kind of wedged in and so may not come out on its own. Her adult tooth is growing over it and we’re concerned it will protrude a lot if it grows over the baby tooth and could cause problems later. I’m due to take her back in 4 weeks for possible extraction. My daughter panics her anything pain related and I’m not sure she will even set foot in the room let alone have an injection in her gum?!
