Hi, I’m 10 days post surgery. Consultant said in one week to moisturise and massage the scars does anyone have any good recommendations from experience for cream to use? Thanks!

Hello Lauraellferg, how are you getting on? I had my breast reduction last Friday.
I see no one answered the question and unfortunately i haven't got a recommendation either but a girl I follow on instagram uses ultimate scar conceal cream.
Good luck

My top tip after having two breast reductions (one aged 30 and one aged 50 - top tip, don't have more children after the first one!!) is to not bother

Honestly, how your scars will look in X amount of months and years down the line is mainly your genetics. So by all means moisturise etc of it makes you feel like you're doing something useful but I never did - bar my usual body lotion - and my scars are very faint
