Lump and pain

I’ve been having left breast pain for around two months, I left it that time as I wanted to see if it still continued before and after my cycle and it has. Over the weekend I found a lump in the top of my breast and have been to my GP today and been referred to the breast clinic for ultrasound as I’m 28 I won’t be able to have a mammogram she says. I’m not sure why I’m writing this other than the fact I need to tell somebody anybody else owe I may likely lose my mind over the next few weeks waiting 🥺

Try not to worry. My dd (25 at the time) went through this. It is most likely to be benign. She has a scan and biopsy the same time.
