Worried Vaginal lump!

Since New Year’s Day I have been suffering with bad (what I thought was) thrush. I was so so itchy and in so much pain. My vagina would swell and it honestly hurt so bad! I would use all the usual creams and pessary’s and it would only work for like a day then it would be itchy again. About a week or two ago I had a look inside because I was so sore and found a small pea (maybe a tad smaller) size lump like an oval shape. It was skin coloured but white if I stretched the skin. Very hard and small, doesn’t really feel like a cyst. I chose to ignore but then last night my partner felt it so I’ve booked a gp appointment on Thursday and I’m just panicking about what it could be! I’ve had spotting between periods and bloody discharge too. Any advice or similar experiences? I still feel itchy, sore and uncomfortable but the lump hasn’t grown.

Just wanted to add as well, it’s inside my vagina on the left side on my Labia but inside the vaginal entrance

Sounds like a batholin's cyst I would say, harmless but you're right to get it checked.

Also, how old are you? The spotting and itching could be perimenopause?

Barth cyst or blocked hair follicles
