About an hour ago whilst I was out walking pushing DS in pram I noticed that my fingers and my left palm was tingling,. A bit like pins and needles. But not severe, just a bit annoying. No pain or anything and I feel well otherwise! What could it be? I've just had a quick Google and now I'm.worryimg it's my heart. I have severe health anxiety so this has triggered me despite being super chill the last couple of days so I don't think.its anxiety related. Can someone offer some advice/experience, that aren't scary. About to hav a meltdown.

I had this! Didn't even think to mention to the doctor and she asked me. It was a symptom of Vitamin B12 deficiency. Now on supplements and it's stopped. (Later diagnosed with coeliac disease)

Seconding the B12, DD had the exact same symptoms when hers was low. If your last blood test was a few months ago it’s worthwhile getting another to check how things are now.

Nerves, carpal tunnel, one of those things?
