Colonic Hydrotherapy

Has anyone had it done? Is it any good? I struggle to go to the toilet - always have done - usually twice a week. Thought colonic hydrotherapy might be of some benefit?

is it the same as colonic irrigation? if so yes. same as you as far as going to the loo and no it didnt improve it. i did feel lots better after though, im sure my eyesight and hearing improved briefly afterwards. we had soups 3 days before and microbiotic foods(the spa provided it) for a day after.very scary at first but after 10 mins its a joy.
