2yr old injury

My 2 year old fell off my bed three days ago. She was crying all night. She's hurt her arm before and after a day she was back to climbing on things and pulling everything out of drawers, etc. But this time, her arm hung low for a day. The second day there was puffiness between the top of collar bone and shoulder. Keep in mind, we don't have insurance for a week since my husband switched jobs! We can't afford payment without it! That night, I picked her up carefully out of the car and heard a 'pop'. Within that hour, she was using her arm freely. The swelling went down a lot. Today she's running around and using both arms. Only concern now is the swelling is small but still there and slightly red. It's sensitive to the touch and since she can't talk, I have no idea if it hurts or if she just doesn't want us to touch her.

Is there anything I could do from home? Is there anything I should be concerned about?? I'm a worrier as it is and being home all day with her, I can't help but think something is seriously wrong and I don't know about it.

Help!

She needs an xray by the sounds of it.

She needs medical attention.
If her arm is not hanging correctly, she needs to be seen.

I hope you managed to get some medical attention for your DD.

I guess didn't elaborate when I said I heard a pop from her shoulder. It looked like she had dislocated her arm and when I picked her up, it popped back. Her arm isn't hanging low anymore. She uses it fine to climb on me and the couch. I'm just concerned about the swelling. My husband, the calmer one, insists she's fine. But I feel I need to do something to help the healing process. Naturally I read online and worse case scenario assumed it was a fractured collar bone. From what I read, I needed to keep her arm in a sling for a week for it to heal.
I can't help but worry. That's what I do best. Of course if it gets worse by tomorrow I'll call her doctor. I'd rather pay a doctors fee then the ER fee.
Any suggestions for home care?
