Constant nausea

Hi, so I feel constantly nauseous...very similar to pregnancy nausea (definitely not pregnant). I'm early 40's, could do with losing a couple of stones, 2 Dd (7 and 1). Diet and exercise could definitely be better. The toddler also is an awful sleeper, so I'm generally quite run down. I stopped breastfeeding about 3 months ago. The nausea is worse when I'm hungry and I crave beige and salty food (just like in both my pregnancies). I'm not sure if relevant but I have also just recovered from a chest infection that lingered for weeks. Any idea what could be causing the nausea?

I was very nauseated when I stopped breastfeeding my second and it took a while for my hormones to settle down. I started taking evening primrose oil which helped a bit.
