Anxiety about breast examination

I had some pulling under and around my right boob for some months on and off.
I had a private breast ultrasound abroad in October - this was ok.
Anyway the pulling is still there so I went to see GP yesterday.
He examined my boobs and said it looks like some ribs inflammation also he mentioned he didn’t feel anything else.
However I did notice when he was performing the examination he well concentrated on my other boob and was really returning to a particular spot.

He didn’t do this on the other breast where the pulling actually issue was.
Before I left I repeatedly asked him if any lump etc was felt, he said - no however I still worry.
He was fairly young ( maybe in his late 20s maximum) I know this is not relevant but I still worry what if he felt something and maybe he wasn’t sure etc.
He also mentioned that I’m due to be called for my mammogram anyway in a year or two or so as reached 50 last month and I said I had one 2 years ago for different issue.
am I absolutely ridiculous to be worried?

I find doctors are extra cautious these days especially young ones or newly trained. If they have any doubts they send for bloods or scans they wouldn’t just ignore something they were unsure of. For their own sake as well as the patients

@Coconutter24 thank you.
yep the conversation about the mammogram only happened upon me leaving when I mentioned the pulling sensation possibility to be connected to other non breast issue ( arm)

In what way ?
It actually caused me more anxiety with him mentioning the mammogram as to me it seemed like he says Oh she will go on mammogram anyway soon so if I missed something who cares ( this is how my brain works btw) I’m know madness.
