I'm trying to take care of myself better.

I take magnesium 375mg
Collagen
And apple cider vinager
And folic acid (I am known to have low HB)

I try to eat well,
I also work mainly nights so my sleep situation is horrendous, especially atm!

I've recently started a skin care routine for the first time in my life and already seeing a difference

Calcium and Vitamin D. I've broken both my shoulders in the past couple of years and have osteopenia (early stages of osteoporosis) so want to keep my bones strong.

Due to the UK climate its advised everyone takes a vitamin D supplement at least in the winter. It's also good for strengthening immunity.

None at all, but I eat a really good and varied diet (probably a bit too much red wine), exercise regularly, and spend lots of time outdoors with the dog. I'm very rarely unwell and don't have any health concerns, touch wood.
