Hi, I had an MRI scan last Thursday. When can I expect results? It was a pelvic one as an urgent cancer referral. Anyone know the likely turnaround?

I was told 2 weeks for urgent but had to go to a&e after 4 days for the same thing and they already had the results.

Probably another week. Generally what happens is the MDT team (multi disciplinary team) will look at the scans, discuss the possibilities, discuss possible treatment options before they speak with you. These meetings generally take place once a week so yes probably another week.
