My son woke up this morning a blister under his nose. Any ideas?

It could be he has an allergy and or used something he did not before or the pimple turning into a blister - more likely its nothing to worry about..
However, call 111 NHS, they will reassure you, and or next steps

It’s kind of the right place for a shingles blister. It’s also the area where, if it is, it could spread to the eye. Probably best to get it seen -and I don’t normally say that about health posts.
