Have had a cough and sore throat for the past seven days. It just seems to be getting worse. Went to the doctors yesterday and they advised i have sinusitis,
I feel like I how to apologise to anybody who I didn't make a full of that's had sinusitis before, because this is horrific
Anyone got any tips for home care?
They won't give me antibiotics which is fair enough, but short of a nasal spray, I'm on my own.
Also any tips for sore throat that don't involve taking lots and lots of meds because I'm already on loads would be very much appreciated.
