Anyone else felt this strange?! I have had a dull tummy ache now for a couple of days, no vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation. Have felt very bloated and tender. Have lost some appetite in that I am managing to eat about half of what I usually would (unheard of!) cannot sleep at all. Have had appendicitis before and appendix taken out. Symptoms feel similar. No fever but do feel a bit hot at times, maybe low grade. Just wondering if there's anything going round like this?
