Have you found any relief from anything? Did you get any advice or exercises to do?

I had a clicking jaw as a young person. My lower jaw was not aligned with my upper jaw. I had to have surgery to correct it and also had braces on my teeth to prep them.

My dentist never took it seriously and it was only after I joined up that it was looked at properly.

Yup DD has a really clicky jaw but is also hypermobile in other joints. Got checked out by the dentist to make sure there were no jaw or teeth issues. Then self referral to physio as it was quite painful. DD was given a list of exercises which helped after a couple of weeks doing them religiously. She does them every now and again and more regularly when it starts to get worse. The hardest part was learning not to click it as it becomes behavioural and doing it frequently can build up the tension
