Day 4 of antibiotics - should I feel fully better?

I don't mean to sound impatient, and maybe this is normal BUT I've been ill for a couple of weeks. Last Friday the GP diagnosed a lung infection and prescribed antibiotics. I did pick up quite a bit at first but I've sort of plateaued. Is that normal? I have still got sore lungs, a headache, a cough and struggling with breathlessness. Do I just need to wait longer? Or is it a back to the GP for different meds job?

Yes phone the Drs in the morning and see what they say.
I had antibiotics for an infection last week. The Dr told me if I was still in pain after 4 days I was to go back so they could change the medication. (Thankfully pain went pretty quickly but still felt completely washed out for a week).

4 days is next to nothing. You need time to recover from a lung infection. I was told 2 - 3 weeks for DS. Go back to dr if you're concerned though.
