Virus or something else

Just wondering if anyone else has a lingering virus that includes symptoms of breathlessness and fatigue. Feels like I have a head cold without the cold.
It's been a whole week and I can't shake the feeling of breathlessness, more so after walking. Starting to think I might need something to clear it but I haven't had temperatures etc.

Have you got a racing heart and stabbing chest pain? High temp? If so sounds like what I have which turned out to be pneumonia

No, none of those symptoms. Just feel a bit bunged up at times, feels like nasal drip on occasion to. I took the dog for a walk earlier and was so out of puff. Poor you, hope you are in the mend now.

mine is a sorta on going cough at the moment but no other symptoms

If you are getting breathless after exercising/walking I think it would be a good idea for you should see your GP, they may give you a steroid inhaler plus a reliever inhaler, it could be mild asthma.
