I had a massive ganglion cyst on my wrist for well over a year. It was huge!! I've just realized that it's massively shrunk and the bony lump it was is now just a very small soft fleshy lump. Has it popped? I did have really bad wrist pain last week so now.im.wondering if that was why? And should I be worried?! Anyone know?
