Nipple changes, photo included

Hi, I'm menopausal, in case relevant. Today I've notice my nipples look different...the outer edges are swollen. Could this be a sign of cancer or anything else? Anyone had this happen?

Any change needs to be checked out. Ring your GP for an urgent appointment but don't panic.

Can’t see anything. Both nipples being affected is unlikely to be cancer but get checked as you know your body best .
