Iron and Vit D

Hi I was wondering if anyone knows the best foods to eat daily which will maintain good levels of Iron and Vitamin D. I'm vegetarian and don't get much sunshine which both do not help
I have supplements but I forget to take them sometimes so hoped for foods to integrate into my daily meals/snacks which are high in both of the above

Any tips? Thanks

You get iron from green vegetables particularly kale, not sure about Vit D as I know you get it from sunshine.

Mushrooms! Apparently if you put them near a window with their gills pointing towards the light they absorb more vit D too.

I believe milk and cheese etc as the cows stand in the light all day.
