Experiences with prucalopride laxative!?

Hi everyone, I suffer with constipation where I don't go without a stimulant laxative (like dulcolax) which I have to take mid week and weekend, basically every 3 or so days which massively disrupts life, I have been prescribed this and just waiting to receive it. Can anyone with constipation let me know their experiences on it please, especially if working full time! But all welcome of course

I have the same condition - IBS C and have tried several medications although not this one you mention. Other meds (Constella was one) I've tried I always find way too strong so keep going back to sodium picosulphate (Dulcolax in liquid form etc) which I use 2, sometimes 3 times a week. I work 4 days a week 9 to 5 and if I take it after 5pm it usually always works by midnight, definitely next morning if not night before.
I've had this almost 10 years but my current routine works and fits into my life well.

I suffer with constipation and take laxido on the daily and take a stimulant on a Saturday so I have a poo on the Sunday, even with that it's tmi hard little pellets. Let me know haw you get on.

Sorry you both have to go through this, it's really hard to deal with and I literally cannot go out on a Sunday as I have have a poo for the week otherwise I'll miss the week
