DS (13mo) has had eczema since forever, although it is getting better as he gets older. One of his nipples is bigger than the other and a bit red and crusty, has been like this as long as he's had the eczema, but doesn't ever seem to get better although the rest of his eczema flares up then recedes. Is this just down to the eczema as well, or could it be anything I need to get checked out by the GP?
