I've recently been thinking about how the guidance is not to use the same needle twice (e.g. when drawing blood and there's a failed attempt to find a vein) How come it is ok for the same needle to be used over and over on the same person when it comes to electrolysis hair removal (and when I think about it, getting a tattoo) The needle definitely goes deep enough with electrolysis to sometimes leave a spot of blood
