Cramping and discharge- Please Help Im In Pain!

I am on day 11 of a 26 day cycle.

This morning I noticed a light brown discharge that covered quite a bit of a panty liner, and was almost like a thick paste *tmi.

I have a heavy cramping feeling almost like when I have a period, yet my periods are regular, and Im not taking any form of contraception.

Can anybody please suggest what it could be for this time of the month?

I think it may be ovulation pains?

I always get cramping around this time and in my case it is ovulation pain. It's very painful have only started getting it in the last year. I have had a brown 'paste like' discharge before but only a few days before my period 'properly' starts.

Thanks for the replies- I too thought ovulation pains, its just something I havnt noticed before!
