Berberine recommendation please

I have done a lot of reading up on the benefits of berberine and want to try it but there are sooo many different choices.

Can anyone recommended a brand they have tried and tested?

So I went with British Supplements Clean Berberine.
I do feel 2 weeks in that it is helping me eat less.
I have not been snacking nearly as much and haven't been fussed for sweet stuff. No noticeable side effects to report either )
