Lump on groin - pregnant

Hi everyone,

I'm 13+5 weeks pregnant today and for the past month or so I've had a lump on my groin.

When I was about 6 weeks pregnant, I had two lumps on the other side of my groin that eventually went down, and then this one popped up about a week later!

Other than the fun of feeling run down and tired in the first trimester, I haven't been battling a virus or an infection as far as I'm aware. I tend to get swollen lymph nodes when I'm stressed, ill, or run down, but they usually calm down within a month.

I can move the lump around and it's more or less painless - I'd say it's between a pea size and a chickpea size. No other concerning symptoms.

My question is, did anyone else suffer with swollen lymph nodes during pregnancy?

If it's still there next week I will try to get an appointment with a GP, just in case.

Could they be your glands?

Google where the glands in your groin are and see if it matches up.

Yes it is my glands I have seen a doctor a few weeks ago however they still haven’t gone down

I wouldn't worry too much. Your body is going through a lot of changes.
Glands are usually a sign your body is fighting an infection or injury. With all of your pelvis moving about it could well of upset your ligaments.
