Inside my mouth on the right, next to be tonsil I suppose. Absolutely KILLS and I mean it's so sore! But... There's nothing there! I've been furiously shining light in there to see something, anything and there's nothing to see but it's so sore, especially when I swallow. I feel like there's a lump but it's Soo painful. I thought I could have an abscess but there's nothing.therebamd not other symptoms! Help. I've been awake all night panicking its something bad and I'll take Ill and not wake up 🫣
