Does it matter what blood pressure monitor I buy?

I have to take my blood pressure morning and evening for 7 days and I need to buy a monitor

Do I just go on ebay and but whatever or are there things I should look out for

My GP recommended the Omron brand.

My GP recommend an Omron one, about £20. Same as they use in the surgery.

All you need to check is the size of the band that wraps around your arm. If you’re obese like me you need a bigger one!

If it’s going to be long term, get one that syncs to your phone and stores the info for you.

@SlightlyConcerned23 I'm turning into a sort of albino spider with a huge belly and spindly arms and legs! So I imagine it will fit 🙄😂

I'll have use use a pen and paper or spreadsheet I think @Fraaahnces
