Just wondering if anyone has this. Over last month I noticed that when I wake up in morning my fingers are swollen and clicking . It has got so bad now that I need to take my rings off going to bed as the swelling is so pronounced and painful. It goes down in about an hour. I also have long term pain in neck and shoulders which I take long term sr pain killers for ( under pain management). I'm wondering if the hand swelling is due to this but as I said the hand swelling is a new development.
