Bubbling/pulsing feeling in lower tummy

I have health anxiety and I'm absolutely freaking out after googling pulsing feeling in tummy and it saying about Aortic aneurysm.

Today I've had this feeling off bubbling/twitching/fluttering in my lower tummy, it comes and goes but is enough for me to feel when it happens and it feels funny like a baby wriggling around inside. I'm definitely not pregnant.

Anyone ever experienced this and can help to put my mind at ease please?

Yes. Phantom kicks are very common. I have them all the time.

It is normal to be able to feel the pulse in your tummy, and if you are slim you may see it. It is also normal to feel movements in your abdomen and pelvis as wind and poo move along.

Completely normal, dont stress..either all the digestive processes or if like me all sort of noises etc around ovulation and period.. cause im so body aware all the time like you listening to every sound and move 😅
