This is probably a seriously stupid question, but for those out there who take multiple vitamins, can you take them in one go/day? I'm on a weight loss journey, have anaemia, also postpartum, suffer with tiredness, diet isn't the best etc etc, I've never took vitamins in my life & I think it's time to start! I've been looking on the Myprotein website and they seem to have quite a few! I'm looking to purchase the apple cider vinegar gummies & then maybe a multivitamin or something? So just say I bought 2/3 different vitamins can I take them together ? I have health anxiety and my mind is telling me it's dangerous or if 2 vitamins both contain for example vitamin B, I could overdose!!! Someone fill me in! - also which vitamins would you recommend
