Would using magnesium Sulfate be a good idea?

I have a boil that isn't quite ready to burst yet. It's on labia. I only just got rid of one at the same site over a week ago, so I'm really annoyed it's reappeared.

I'm desperate for this one not to get as painful as last one, even though I'm guessing that's inevitable; but would magnesium Sulfate be a wise idea? I've never used the paste before, but if it means it will move things along quickly willing to try that.

Just to add I can't have baths, and I don't think showers help much.
