I came across this on YouTube, and I’m interested in seeing what other people think of it. It’s a simple breathing exercise that takes about 30 seconds. I think you’re supposed to repeat it, It sounds too good to be true, but as my acid reflux has come back, I’ve decided to give it a go. Something I noticed is that the first time it was really hard, but it was then easier. Its supposed to work by relaxing your diaphragm:
