Has anyone used medichecks to do a home blood cortisol test?
I'm just wondering if anyone has any experience of how accurate they are. I did one, blood sample done by finger prick at 9am and posted back straight away. It's come back at 126mmol which they say is low. Ref range 166-506

I haven’t used them for cortisol but I have for iron / ferritin. Weirdly they always come back as high but NHS come back low.

do you have any low cortisol symptoms?

@BackPainMisery I do but the symptoms of low cortisol seem to be pretty general and fit a wide range of things..
I've been unwell for a few months after a virus
Currently have tiredness like I've never known before, tachycardia, palpitations, headache, nausea, weight loss, dizzyness, stomach cramps, loose stools. Back pain. Cold hands and feet / hard to warm up Sodium levels are borderline low.. I seem to be have a constant cold.
I'm just fed up feeling unwell

I suggest a GP appointment and bloods through them.
