Hi , I had two viral infections at different times sore throat , head cold etc
The sore throat cleared up the second time but I’ve been left with a feeling that there’s phlegm stuck in my throat , I’m constantly chearing my throat , I want to blow my nose but there’s nothing to blow . It’s really getting me down I’m going to try and see the Dr tomorrow
Has Anyone experienced this ?
