I have a huge boil/spot on the bit in between my bum cheek and thigh (in the crease bit IYKWIM) it hurts when i walk when i sit down and its making me miserable, is there anything i can put on it?

wow they where quick replys i will ask DH to go the chemist on his way home formw orka nd in the mean time i will try sudocrem, no dont think its an ingrowing hair but it hurrrrrrrts
