Ankle pain in the morning - likely diagnosis? PsA, OA, RA...?

Hi

I know I need to be assessed in person and have tests run to be sure BUT if anyone knows about RA, PsA and OA or physiotherapy.. can you please tell me if you had to guess what do these symptoms indicate? I'm not going to make any major decisions or stop going to get help so don't worry about misadvice or responsibility, I just want opinions because it's faster on here and all I will do is reeearch your suggestions. It will also help me prepare any questions to my GP.

Symptoms:
Pain in left ankle in the morning lasting less than 5 minutes. Rotating my ankle clockwise anti clock wise stops the pain. It hurts when i rotate my ankle outside and when I initially get up and put weight on that foot.

Left hip feels sore but a quick stretch sorts it out. I am more bothered my ankle than hip.

Sometimes my lower back hurts when I have been active but it feels fine in the morning.

I have nail psoriasis in my fingers for 10 years and in my toes for 3 years now and that comes and goes.

I thought it might be tendonitis but it's only there in the morning. I did twist my ankle when I was walking uphill in wellies which momentarily hurt but I was able to continue walking that day.

I have no redness or swelling either now or when I twisted that ankle. My joints sometimes 'give' so I never took it seriously.

I'm mid 30s and female. My mother had issues with her knee and toes but I have no clue what it was and she's passed away.

My grip sometimes feels weak and fingers a bit stiff if locked in a position for a while but that might be normal?

Thank you for reading

Sorry to be clear the twist incident was 3 months ago and the pain has been here for 6 or 8 weeks.
