What is wrong with my leg?

Nearly 4 years ago I started getting pain in my left calf. Just the occasional fleeting twinge. No pattern to it, it wasn't agonising but it was odd. I ignored it as it was irregular and minor.

After 6 months of the occasional pain I woke up one day and my left leg was swollen from knee to ankle. Not massively, but enough for me to notice.

Went to A&E and they ruled out DVT with a scan and told me to go to GP but then Covid happened and I left it.

Since then the swelling has remained. Never changes at all, my leg is exactly the same. The pain has gradually got worse though to the point that I feel it several times per day.

Over the last year I have had tests for circulation and nerve damage and multiple blood tests and nothing shows up. Doctors have no explanation whatsoever.

The only "pattern" is that it hurts if I lie on my left hand side or sit with my legs folded. Once I move around the pain quickly subsides. This weekend I don't know what's happened but it has been aching almost non stop and I'm worried but don't know what more a doctor can say, unless they repeat all the tests again?

Any suggestions would be gratefully received!
