So to cut the story short I had an ultrasound and they said there 2 cysts on my left adnexa area.. I think behind and to the left side of my felopian tube ... First of all does anyone know what this could mean even though it was a private scan I took the results to my gyni she didn't look at the pics read the reports and jus given me antibiotics for hydrosalpinx .... Now I am getting yellowish discharge hanging down when I go for a wee.. I'm sorry if it's tmi.. jus worried wa if it isn't hydrosalpinx and it's something more sinister as she didn't even looks t the scan pics and only read the report
