Will Zoe charge me?

I opted for the two week free trial period with Zoe thinking I wouldn't have to pay anything if I cancelled before the two weeks was up (this will be tomorrow).

It's since dawned on me that I think I have to pay for the kit regardless. It's £299.

Does anyone know if this is the case? Do you have to pay for the kit even if you cancel within the free trial period.

For what it's worth I haven't yet used the kit but I have opened the box.

Thank you

What does it say in the email you will have received when you signed up?

Did this happen I’ve just thought the same

It should tell you in the t&c

Ooops sorry for disappearing

I ordered the kit on the free 14 day trial basis but it took a week to arrive and then I faffed around so I only fitted the sensor on day 13. That's when I messaged on MN saying eeek as of tomorrow I might get charged!

I liked the sensor and found it helpful so resigned to getting charged but this didn't happen. I think they actually count the 14 days from when you register via the app and start using it. This is despite the emails saying it's 14 days from when you order it.

On day 7 of the sensor (so 20 days after ordering) I still hadn't been charged so I emailed Zoe and asked them. They were happy to cancel the upcoming membership and £299 charges, it just means I won't get test results back eg blood work.

I'm still using the sensor and app and guess this will stay active until day 14. This has shown how my blood sugar changes as a result of certain foods / exercise and has been a helpful tool. If the price drops in the future I'll consider joining.

HTH
