So I thought I had a cold sore, started off smallish and I’ve been using Zovirax for 3 days but my cold sore is getting worse and spreading! I’ve been told by pharmacist that it could be impetigo to which I’d need ABs.
I have the tingling around my mouth and it all feels numb which I know is classic cold sore, but could I still feel that with impetigo? Pic attached to see if anyone thinks it looks more like cold sore or impetigo
