Any idea what these spots are?

Started coming out in red spots on my chest, arms and side of neck over the past couple of days. Any ideas? I'm 43, had chicken pox when I was small. Some of them are bleeding as I keep scratching at them!

Anyone?

Is there any pattern or are they random?

Hi I have some like that which popped up on my chest, back and upper arms, it started with just 2 on my chest about 2-3 weeks ago after I'd had a sinus infection, then suddenly loads more. Just a couple high up on my thighs, but mostly all upper body. They looked flatter at first but now more like yours. Not changed washing powders etc. I saw the GP as I've had other weird symptoms, who said it was post-viral and prescribed a 1% hydrocortisone cream which has done nothing. I'm taking an antihistamine each day but more are still coming up and now a few further down my arms too. I also keep getting recurring ulcers on my lower lip and wondering if it's connected. Are yours very itchy? Mine drive me mad at times! I'm thinking maybe I should go back but GP appts are so rare, or maybe could ask a pharmacist for a second opinion as I just don't know what to do now. I've also tried an antihistamine cream which also didn't help. I hope you can find something OP, mine are so irritating!

Could be scabies? I'd go and ask a pharmacist if you don't want to wait for a GP appointment.
