Constipation? Unsure what this is

Can constipation make you feel bloated and extremely nauseous with burping? I only put two and two together, I've been constipated for a few weeks badly, and had bad stomach bloating, burping, sickness badly especially after eating for the past week. I know I'm constipated because I'm passing one or two little bits (so sorry tmi) although I am going everyday, it's also really hard. I've never felt so sick with constipation though so not sure whether this could be the culprit?

Are you actively treating the constipation? If you have been like this for weeks then it sounds like you need a new medical approach. With new symptoms like these I would see a GP and perhaps speak to a pharmacist today. You could even pop 111 a call if you are in the uk.

I haven't been treating it because I didn't know it was the cause of my issues, I thought it would just go on it's own type of thing...I did visit an out of hours GP last week for the stomach pain and sickness as I have not been able to eat much and they felt my stomach and said it was soft and that I need a referral to the gastroenterologist to see why I keep getting random stomach pains. But now I am wondering if they are connected with the constipation. I didn't even think that could be a cause.

Thank you. Stomach was checked last week so I'm not concerned about an obstruction, said my stomach was soft. But I am worried just because of how sick I feel, I'm so nauseous and my stomach hurts/burns
