Can you recommend a really good gynaecologist for complex laproscopic surgery in London

I have a complex 25 year history.
Spent 2 days in a&e to discover old problems have returned. Have previously been lucky enough to be treated using insurance by a wonderful doctor, however he is currently unavailable until the end of March at the earliest.
NHS agree it needs doing quickly but simply don't have availability for months. Meanwhile I'm in extreme pain, on morphine and unable to function ( can barely walk). I have medical insurance to use so am l wondering if anyone had experienced anyone particularly good. Needs to be an experienced laproscopic specialist.
Thank you.

Dr Faz Pakarian- he is amazing and a really lovely man. Took out both my tubes and left ovary using the keyhole technique despite loads of endometrial scarring and adhesions. He's south based but I think he goes up to London.
