Toe and finger twitching

i have had twitching in my toes for a while now and it’s starting to freak me out. It started a while ago when one day I was scrolling on my phone and my finger started to twitch and I was a bit worried about it and then the same day my toes started to twitch and it’s still continuing. I do still get twitches in my fingers especially when holding my phone. Has anyone experienced this.

Did you find out the cause of it? I get them sometimes but I also very very low iron.

From what i know its lack of magnesium

Low B12, magnesium and I think also zinc can cause this - I'd ask the GP for a blood test.
